Lovely warm friendly welcome. Location excellent. We stayed overnight while visiting family. We were on top floor. But bed wasn't the normal comfy bed that PI have.. Over all brilliant stay would definitely stay here again if need be. Plenty of parking too.. Thankyou.

Had a wonderful customer service experience with a receptionist named Ghizzy, she really went above and beyond and was absolutely amazing with our daughter who can be a nervous traveller.

First time i've checked into this hotel and have found it to be very welcoming. Stefan on the desk was quick to advise me on the best places to eat and visit for shopping, which was both very useful and appreciated. It was nice to recieve a friendly welcome

This place is absolutely amazing, I took my family out for breakfast and it was fantastic, I wasn't staying there but I would recommend this place to everyone 5 star's

It is what it is a buffet breakfast. However, the sausages and bacon are good quality and plenty available. Fried eggs are mostly hard. Fair breakfast selection of pastries and decent yogurts. Coffee, tea and juice are included and free refills. Coffee is bean to cup so was very nice.

Good location for getting into Peterborough and the A1. There is plenty of choice for eating out around the hotel and a big Tesco around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy 👍

works for a nice short stay. Register your car in the car park. Decent bar and breakfast option. Let them know if want room cleaned

Room: very clean and shower was very powerful.
Service: very quick and polite service food is also great. Good selection on the unlimited breakfast.
Location: pretty simple to get here and hard to miss.
Overall very pleasant place to stay, fire alarm accidentally went off a midnight other than that all good. I guess I felt a bit safer knowing the alarm actually works !!!!

I find the WiFi signal a bit weak on my phone but pretty much the norm in premiers

massive complaint against the Hotel Manger MARTYNA previous reviews may well put her in a good light but absolute poor customer service person caught her red handed TALKING BEHIND MY BACK in loud rude manner with many poor choice of words shared with ADAM ( staff member ) and customers coming and going could also see and hear her animated chat date 28th September 2024 time between 3 pm and 4pm Looks like another type of retail customer service person that can pay the lip service to good loyal paying customers but has a bad opinion of them that she shares later when she believes to be in her comfort zone the hotel experience was marred by this and this for me is the dominant factor she also refused to give her name but again its MARTYNA very distinctive rose tattoo on her left foot THE BATHROOM IN ONE OF MY ROOMS HAD COBWEBS AND THE CARPET HAD NOT BEEN VACCUMED.

Massive well done to both Kerry and Chelsea in the restaurant for staying so calm and friendly despite the chef not turning up until serving time. Perfect example of how a stressful situation can be handled nigh on perfectly, both ladies extremely friendly and apologetic managing to keep everyone very calm and patient. Reward them, and well.

We stayed at Premier Inn, Hampton. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. A special thanks to Jade for her help and other staff including the cleaning staff. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Room nice and clean, evening meal was only warm, drinks good , X2 cocktails for £10 , Coors £4.60 , breakfast really nice lots of choice, self service, pancakes, croissant, full English, cereals, yogurts, fruit. We got the meal deal £53 X2 people evening meal 2 course and breakfast

Feel I’ve been well and truly conned. Stayed a few times over the years, unknowingly whitbred have recently introduced parking charges, Hampton premier inn is £7 overnight.
Extremely uncomfortable rooms with a window that can open 3 inches so little air. They provide a fan but it’s useless.
Shame on whitbred expecting reception staff to deal with disgruntled customers complaining about parking charges. Another customer was truly kicking off when I was walking through reception. They’ve lost my custom.

Stayed whole week for work absolutely fantastic service from most staff, special mention to Justyna, Chelsea, Charlotte, Stefan and Martyna these staff made it so comfortable after a long hard day and smiling faces makes it nicer, food was good. Hats off to you guys
